Kiaryn and Kami's TOS

The following is our Terms of Service for both at conventions as well as online for our items and artwork. By commissioning us, or buying our merch, you agree to these terms.Payment
All payments must be paid in full before any artwork is started, and before any physical items are given. No deposits or partial payments are accepted. Cash, card, or paypal are accepted. For commissioned artwork, I must be given a method of contacting you, which will be tested before payment.
Refunds
At Conventions: For physical items, we are exchange only. We do not offer refunds unless it is at our discretion, or if the item is defective before purchase.
For commissioned artwork: if the artwork has not been started, then we can refund you. If the artwork has been started, then there are no refunds. However, we can offer the difference of amount of what is finished up to the tier that was started on. For example, if you wanted a refund on a painted commission but we only have a sketch done, we would refund you minus of what we charge for a sketch. However, if we only had half a sketch done then it is still for a full sketch and the sketch portion of the artwork would be completed.Timelines
For turn around times, this greatly depends on the artwork commissioned and time of year. That being said, a timeline will be given to you upon commission. To help be in the timeline that I give, it is essential for you to be able to give us clarifications to questions/WIP approval. If we are stalled due no answer, then we are not liable to delays in the completion of the artwork. However, if this is not a factor, if it has been more than 15 days past our queued timeline, you will be offered a partial refund. This offer is for artwork ONLY, not if custom merch is involved. If there has to be significant revisions to artwork that has to be made, the original timeline will also be void and a new one will be set at that time.
Custom Merch
It is the customer's responsibility to give the correct shipping address and the correct specifications to the merch (such as colour, size, etc.) As they are in fact custom, if it needs to be redone due to customer error, the customer must pay the replacement cost of the merch to be redone. However, if we make an error, it will be replaced free of charge.
For merch that is sent away to be made, be aware that it will take significant time for shipping and for it to be made, and that I do batch these types of commissions together.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Work in Progress Proofs
Sending the customer works in progress is only guaranteed if the customer chooses this option upon payment. If the customer chooses the cheaper "no-WIP" option, there will be no WIP given unless we would like clarification on the direction a commission is taking.
If a customer selects the WIP option, they are aware that no additional work will be done unless they give their approval. In addition, a max of three revisions will be done before additional charges

All artwork is for personal use only, for either online or offline. Commercial rights are not automatically given. They can be offered, but there is an extra charge to this
